We hope you are in good health. This protocol has been designed to guide you towards your optimal state of well-being through a gentle detoxification tailored to your specific health requirements. During this process, a natural equilibrium will be sought to reinforce your path to wellness.
Please note that there are 5 health tips I have added for more updated usage and best information on the latest trends in the Detox process. That is if you have older notes previously shared by the Imsyser Health team. Also take note that this detox package is made up of uniquely chosen Imsyser Health products that have been rebranded to best help you on this Detox/Slimming journey – Imsyser has been in health business for more than 15 years and counting.
PHASE 1: REMOVE
TIP NO 1: Please bear in mind that you will commence all the recommended products simultaneously, except for the Deep Intestinal Cleanse. The latter should only be initiated after the parasite cleanse (3 weeks). The 7-day cleanse then takes up another 7 days.
TIP NO 2: It is important to acknowledge that most imbalances originate in the digestive system. To address this, we initiate the protocol with a two-week (preferably 3 week) Parasite Cleanse. This phase aims to eliminate any unwelcome inhabitants causing internal disharmony. Adhere to the instructions provided to ensure a thorough cleanse. This duration is vital to eradicate any potential parasite eggs as well. After the first week, maintain the day 7 dosage for an additional week or until completed. To make the process easier, follow the dosage division outlined on the bottle, dispersing the drops in your daily water intake.
TIP NO 3: It is important to know that the latest studies show that taking the drops 1 week before, the week of full moon and the following week is seen as ideal for best results. The parasites are most active in this time.
TIP NO 4: With most of the updated studies I have also looked at the most impact for taking these parasite drops and have found that taking the full dose (for the day specified) in a little water on an empty stomach is suggested. The prolonged use over a day is advised on the label that would best indicate the ml(drops) needed per day.
By engaging in the Parasite Cleanse, you are enhancing the body’s antiviral defences and tackling concerns like Candida overgrowth and various detox-related issues. Remember, the presence of parasites is normal; it is the imbalance that is undesirable. Anticipate some detoxification symptoms, which can be mitigated through proper hydration to facilitate toxin elimination. Lymph treatments, exercise, or both, can further amplify this detoxification process.
TIP NO 5: Another suggested aid to this elimination process would be waiting till the indicated week before the full moon and if your detox kit is started before then use the lymph drops to help open the lymph ways with the help of your probiotic in preparation for the parasite cleansing.

PLEASE REMEMBER DETOX SUPPORT PRODUCTS ARE ALSO TAKEN FROM DAY 1 SEPARATELY (AT A DIFFERENT TIME) FROM THE 2 CLEANSES (PARASITE FOLLOWED BY DEEP INTESTINAL CLEANSE)!

Parasite Cleanse Daily dosage: Use in a little warm water with or without some juice for flavour only. The quantity is sufficient for 2-3 weeks but please finish bottle. Labels suggestions are a daily dosage indication. My preference is to calculate number of drops and take first thing on an empty stomach in a little water.
Adults (≥75kg):
 Day 1 – 3: Take 8 drops on empty stomach
 Day 4 – 5: Take 24 drops on empty stomach
 Day 6- 7: Take 48 on empty stomach
 Repeat day 7 dose till bottle is completely finished ( 2-3 weeks)
 Preferably no meat should be eaten during the cleansing process!

PHASE 2: REMOVE & REPLACE
Now (2 WEEKS LATER) and only now it is time to embark on the 7-day Deep Intestinal Cleanse Detox Programme. The Imsyser range also has a 7 day deep intestinal cleanse with Arthrmesia to further help remove Parasites which may also be used (orange label cleanse product).

PS During this phase, please continue taking your daily supplements.

This cleanse(s) serves the dual purpose of eliminating entrenched waste and dislodging waste that is deeply ensconced within the folds of the intestines. Over the course of 7 days, this detox peels away toxic residue twice a day. Do not be alarmed if your bowel movements are sluggish, as a slow lymph system often corresponds with sluggish gut habits, and vice versa. The cleanse will immediately begin removing old toxic buildup, including the elimination of unfriendly organisms targeted by the parasite cleanse. It is crucial to maintain proper hydration to facilitate swift waste removal. Lingering waste could otherwise be reabsorbed into the intestines and find its way into the lymphatic system, exacerbating your condition. Refer to the instructions on the container label for comprehensive guidelines on usage.

Dosage & Instructions for Cleanse Use:
This is a 7-day detox programme, taken twice daily on an empty stomach, either before or an hour after meals. Consume the mixture promptly to prevent thickening, followed by 1-2 glasses of water.
Mix 2 heaped Teaspoons or 2 flat Tablespoons of the powder (10-15g) with a small amount of juice (about 1/3 glass) and a tall glass of water. Stir and consume swiftly to prevent thickening. If thickening does occur, add more water, and continue drinking until the entire product is consumed. The taste is neutral.
For all age groups, administer half the dosage for children. If pregnant, exercise caution and consult a healthcare professional. Use it as recommended, not for detox purposes, but for mild fibre supplementation, with the smallest effective dose (1 teaspoon once a day).
TIP NO 6: Valuable Health Tip from the GUT-cha Team. This is advisable but isn’t enforced but of immense value for liver cleansing (overnight flush). Please see this link:

Liver Cleanse
